"Great value stay, cosy restaurant/bar area down stairs with really nice food and friendly staff, we stayed on 5th floor and had amazing views to the city. Beds were comfortable and room was clean. Only a short 1 night stay for us but we were very happy overall and would happily stay here again"

"We have been staying here since November on a monthly basis and the customer service is absolutely exceptional. Particularly Matt! What a great asset to the business and the main reason why we stay here, he always goes above and beyond during our stays. All the other staff members are also fantastic and pleasant who we don't know by name. Rooms are fantastic and very clean. This is our go to place for our staycation in Perth. Great location and great service. Thank you guys so much."

"We have recently stayed at the Metro hotel and thoroughly enjoyed our time there. We had a room with a balcony that gave us fantastic views over Perth. Our room was spacious with everything we needed. Housekeeping done each day. We loved all the meals we had during our stay, and loved Happy hour at the hotel bar! All the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Easy access by car, bus, Uber into the city. We would definitely stay here again."

"The location was excellent. Approximately 3km to the Casino and Perth Zoo. The ferry across to Elizabeth Quay is near the Zoo and departs every 15 minutes. The view across the river to the CBD from the Superior Riverview room on the top floor was lovely, and at night when the city was lit up it was spectacular."

"The location is great! Close to the hospital, reason for our trip. The zoo is handy and the parking meant I didn't have to drive anywhere. We caught a taxi everywhere. The staff....brilliant, friendly, helpful and accommodating. It has been a very trying week and the staff have been exemplary! WA hospitality at its finest despite the trying times for all."

"I liked the staff, very nice and made my friend and I feel comfortable as she had to have a procedure done at the clinic down the road. The meal we had was lovely and my breakfast this morning was also nice. I appreciated the help from front desk to give me directions for the next morning. The room was nice and the bed's comfy. "We were so pleased we choose here! The view from the room was of the Swan River and the City. Good size balcony. The meal selection was more than expected and the portion sizes were huge! Staff were more than happy to help us and anything we needed. I can't recommend the Metro enough if you need somewhere to bunker down for a period of time."
