It is a great destination for picnics, with many beachside parks and facilities. Visitors can also enjoy a pleasant walk along the seaside path from Cronulla Beach to North Cronulla Beach.

Getting there and General information:
From Metro Hotel Miranda it is an easy 12 minute drive, with parking available.
Using public transport; it is just a 5 minute walk to nearby Miranda station which gives easy access to Cronulla Beach, this is an 8 minute train journey that arrives at Cronulla station. It is then just a short 5 minute walk to the Beach. This is the easiest and fastest way using public transport, but buses are also an option for travellers.
Cronulla Beach is a patrolled beach; swimmers should always swim between the lifeguard flags.
