"An Absolute Gem for Families! Outstanding Service, Comfort, and Location

If you are looking for a comfortable, welcoming, and safe place to stay on the edge of the Sydney CBD, the Metro Aspire Hotel is an absolute standout. I recently stayed here with my two teenagers, and we were thoroughly impressed by the high standards and hospitality.

As a single mother, I particularly appreciated how easy and comfortable the team made our stay. Here is why we highly recommend it to other travelers:

Immaculate Housekeeping: Coming "home" after a massive day of walking to a pristine room, fresh sheets, clean towels, and emptied bins was an absolute joy. The housekeeping team does a phenomenal job.

Perfect Location: It is tucked away in a quiet, leafy pocket but incredibly close to the CBD, public transport, and major attractions like Darling Harbour. Walking around the area felt entirely safe at all hours.

Amazing Staff & Service: On our first night, we encountered a minor issue with the in-room internet. The front desk staff handled it promptly and with genuine care, immediately relocating us to a larger room with a stronger signal to ensure our comfort. Their customer service is truly top-tier.

Great Amenities: The buffet breakfast was fresh, delicious, and excellent value. The room also featured a glorious, spacious bathtub which was a dream to soak in after our daily walking adventures.

Fresh & Odor-Free: As a family highly sensitive to environmental triggers, we loved that the entire property was completely fresh and free of any malodors. The beds were also remarkably comfortable (a solid 7.5/10!).

We had a deeply memorable holiday and are so grateful to the wonderful team. We will absolutely be back to our new favorite Sydney home-away-from-home!"

"Excellent location for attending a workshop at TAFE. There is a little park close by for a bit of greenspace. Staff were pleasant and professional. Room was spotlessly clean and quite modern. I like a very dark and quiet room for sleeping. This room was very good in that respect and I slept well."

"Quiet, relaxed, clean and comfy. Handy to Central Station, Chinatown, Darling Square and ICC but very quiet as it's on a residential street. I didn't try the restaurant but it's very close to good cafes and loads of Chinatown restaurants. Affordable too. I was impressed."

"I ran a 4 day event at the Metro Aspire Hotel and I can't possibly speak higher of their service and quality of the rental. From the first interaction to our final closing of the event, they surpassed my expectations with professionalism, hospitality and support. The space itself: the function room had its own entrance from the outside of the building which was really nice. It had it's own bathrooms devoted to our space, lots of windows and natural light, white board, paper board, projector, thermostat to control the climate of our space, coffee, tea, and water. The staff were EXCELLENT! I can't say enough good things about using this hotel for a function. "

"Metro Aspire Hotel was an amazing stay. We arrived very early in the morning exhausted from an overnight flight and they offered to store our luggage for us but before we even got the chance to do so, our room was ready!

We were a group of 3 staying in a small, cheap room just outside of Sydney so we didn't expect much. However our expectations were shattered with a clean and comfortable room (even the sofa bed was great), working smart TV, great ammenities and fantastic customer/room service from the staff.

10/10 would stay here again!"

"The location was excellent as it was very close to Paddy's market, Chinatown, Sydney Fish Market and the Darling Harbour! But far enough to be in a quiet area.
We occupied 2 rooms and the staff was kind enough to arrange for connecting rooms, which was helpful as we were travelling as a family.

Rooms were very clean, well maintained and had nice balconies. All amenities in the hotel room was up to expectation.

"Generous room size, quiet, clean, 24/7 front desk for easy check-in, TV included Netflix, fantastic location on a quiet street but walking distance to everything. If you enjoy a classic buffet breakfast (bacon, eggs, fruit, yogurt, pancakes etc) the Gumtree Restaurant downstairs is good and offers a discount for people staying at the Metro."
