Metro Hospitality Group has taken over management of a popular serviced apartment property in the heart of Darwin city, as part of its strategy to expand its national footprint into every major city in Australia.
The property will be rebranded as Metro Advance Apartments & Hotel in Darwin with a takeover date at the end of April 2017, well in time to capitalise on major upcoming Darwin events, including the V8 Super Cars and Darwin Cup week.
Metro Advance Apartments & Hotel is located in the city centre, within walking distance of Darwin Mall and popular night spots.
The property offers 71 serviced apartments, including 26 studios, 27 one-bedroom apartments and 18 two-bedroom apartments. All apartments feature separate living and dining areas, fully equipped kitchen, private laundry facilities and balcony. All apartments provide air conditioning, ceiling fans, TV and complimentary high speed WiFi.
Metro Advance Apartments & Hotel also offers secure undercover parking, on-site meeting/conference facilities, key card security system to all areas plus an alfresco barbeque area and swimming pool.
