The Highlights:
• Location, Location, Location: You are literally steps away from Darling Harbour, the Sea Life Aquarium, and King Street Wharf. It’s also an easy walk to Wynyard Station and the CBD.
• The View: We stayed in one of the loft-style apartments, and the view of the harbor was stunning, especially at night.
• Spaciousness: Unlike cramped hotel rooms, having a separate living area and a small kitchenette made the stay much more comfortable for a multi-day trip.
• Value: For this part of Sydney, the price point is very competitive.
• Service: A shoutout to Zach, who was really nice and helpful."
"Metro Hotel Miranda is my second home and everything other reviewers say is true. From the delightful staff at the front office to the housekeeping staff, everybody that works there is so nice, and nothing is too much trouble. I’m an ex-Miranda native and now live in Dubbo. It’s a easy drive with free parking, but it’s just a traveller-friendly if you are coming from Sydney Airport or Central Station.
The rooms are clean, homely and comfortable, there are plenty of places to eat in the neighbourhood and MHM is my pick for the best place to stay in Sydney without the expensive room rate."
"The location was excellent as it was very close to Paddy's market, Chinatown, Sydney Fish Market and the Darling Harbour! But far enough to be in a quiet area.
We occupied 2 rooms and the staff was kind enough to arrange for connecting rooms, which was helpful as we were travelling as a family.
Rooms were very clean, well maintained and had nice balconies. All amenities in the hotel room was up to expectation.
The free coffee and tea at the reception area was a welcome plus."
