No surfboards are permitted, but visitors can enjoy boogie boards, pool noodles, and inflatable rings provided onsite. The Wave Lagoon also offers fun floatation equipment for kids and adults. For those seeking a calmer experience, the neighbouring Recreation Lagoon provides a still-water alternative. Protected by a seawall, it’s perfect for swimming and floating in a tranquil, ocean-fed environment. Water quality is maintained through mechanical circulation, and mesh screens prevent marine stingers from entering, ensuring a safe experience year-round.
Visitors must wear wristbands within the Wave Lagoon area, and smoking is not permitted within the grounds. The Wave Lagoon operates daily from 10am to 6pm, with affordable entry fees for all-day access.
