The side cracking four-week program consists of the funniest International and Australian comedy stars, performing in venues all across the city. The festival features the veterans, the newbies, international acts and local comedians, and a massive crowd of more than 122,500 people. Enjoy the good humour and help support upcoming talent.
The festival hits the most popular points in the city and suburban areas of Sydney. Some of these venues include the Enmore Theatre, the Sydney Opera House, the Concourse, and Sydney Town Hall.
Tickets for the comedy festival can be purchased online at sydneycomedyfest.com.au, through the phone, or at the Venue’s box office on the day. However, shows can be sold out, so it is best to pre-book tickets.
The shows are scattered across Sydney, but easily accessed with public transport.
