Red Bill Restaurant is located on the ground floor of Metro Hotel Perth, adjacent to the hotel lobby, and is a fully licensed restaurant serving modern Australian cuisine. Red Bill Restaurant is open for breakfast and dinner seven days a week.

Our Pork Saltimbocca, premium WA Linley Valley Premium pork that will “jump in the mouth” or tender WA lamb cutlets too irresistible not to enjoy!
